Eligibility for Returns
Time Frame: You may return items within 30 days of the delivery date. After 30 days, we unfortunately cannot offer a refund or exchange.
Condition: To be eligible for a return, the item must be unused, unworn, and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in its original packaging, with all tags and labels attached.

Return Process

Prepare Your Return: Pack the items securely in the original packaging, including any documentation, accessories, and the Return Authorization Number. Ensure the package is properly sealed to avoid damage during transit.
Ship the Return: Ship the return package to the address provided by our customer service team. Please use a trackable shipping method to ensure that we receive your return. You are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item is defective or the return is due to our error.
Return Confirmation: Once we receive your return and inspect the items, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item and confirm the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refunds
Processing Time: Refunds will be processed within 7-10 business days after we receive and inspect the returned item. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase.
Partial Refunds: In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, such as for items not in their original condition, damaged items, or items returned more than 30 days after delivery.
